Strong and determined efforts were required from staff and management alike before we got our quality certificate (ISO 9001) on 9 March 2005, and became environmentally certified on 10 September 2007. In other words, the certificates are not to be taken for granted – our work is monitored on a regular basis. We want to exceed the traditional way of thinking – in the right place, at the right time – by carrying out every transport in the most effective, secure and environmentally-friendly way possible. For example, this means that we decrease the environmental footprint of our vehicles, avoid pollution and follow current environmental legislation. Our management system is constantly evolving. We also invest in a dedicated team of co-workers as well as excellent communications – internally and externally. We are proud of our modern vehicle fleet that fulfils the highest emissions standards (Euro6). In order to maintain a high quality standard, all of our vehicles are replaced before they are eight years old.
Our quality and environmental certificates guarantee that we are constantly paying attention to three things: quality, safety and the environment.
It is very important that our drivers feel good and are thoroughly rested in order to do their work safely. This is why we prohibit the use of alcohol and drugs, follow regulations concerning working hours and the total weight, and always consider the weather conditions and other external circumstances. Last but not least we make sure that the entire staff is familiar with the most recent regulations concerning safe loading and ADR classed (i.e. dangerous) goods.
